I've read about people doing this-the example given was for the Bing News app: "C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe Start-MetroApp Microsoft.BingNews_8wekyb3d8bbwe!AppexNews" but it never worked for me.
